Hutan Lipur Bukit Panchor terletak di Hutan Simpan Bukit Panchor yang mempunyai jenis Hutan Dipterokarp Pamah. Beberapa kemudahan disediakan untuk pengunjung melakukan aktiviti di sini. Kemudahan asas yang disediakan adalah seperti untuk berehat, berkelah dan berkhemah
Untuk sampai ke hutan lipur ini pengunjung boleh menggunakan kenderaan sendiri atau teksi dari Pekan Nibung Tebal.
Di sini juga pengunjung boleh bersiar-siar, mengikut denai , melihat kepelbagaian spesies burung dan kelawar di Gua Kelawar di kawasan ini. Hutan lipur ini juga sesuai menjalankan aktiviti-aktiviti pendidikan.

Bukit Panchor Recreational Forest
"Encompassing an area of eight hectares, the Bukit Panchor Recreational Forest is located in Compartment 2 of the Bukit Panchor Forest Reserve."
Encompassing an area of eight hectares, the Bukit Panchor Recreational Forest is located in Compartment 2 of the Bukit Panchor Forest Reserve. This lowland forest area is covered with natural forest plants such as the Meranti Sarang Punai (Shorea parvifolia) and other trees, which must be sustained and preserved, in order to ensure its continued growth. Keladan (Drybalanops oblongofolia) and Kapur (Drybalanops aromatica) trees were planted an a large scale on 2.5ha area in this forest.
Located 10km from Nibong Tebal, it was first developed in 1993. It has become very popular among the people of the Seberang Perai Selatan and also those from Kedah and Perak because the area is suitable for camping and other beneficial recreational activities.
During school holidays, the area is packed with visitors who want to enjoy its serene atmosphere and natural beauty. Some of the facilities provided in the forest are rest huts, a camping site, sign boards, a ‘surau’ and public toilets
